Hello there

My name is Mei Elliott

I’m a Dharma teacher in the Theravada tradition, dedicated to guiding practitioners toward greater joy and freedom in their daily life and practice. I offer classes, retreats, and one-on-one practice discussions that focus on guiding students to grow in kindness, clarity, and virtue through deepening meditation and daily-life integration.

ASPECTS OF PRACTICE

My Offerings

I offer three avenues for practicing together. Maturation on the path is supported by studying the teachings, sitting retreats, and receiving personalized instruction.

Talks & Classes

Dharma talks and classes provide practitioners with opportunities to deepen their understanding of the teachings while fostering connections with others on the path. Practicing together in community offers a meaningful way to nurture sangha relationships while growing in the Dharma.

Retreats & Sittings

Immersive meditation experiences can range from day-long sittings to month-long residential programs. These structured periods of practice create the conditions for deeper insight and development on the path.

One-on-One Mentoring

Practice discussions provide students with an opportunity to ask questions, navigate challenges, refine techniques, and integrate Buddhist teachings into daily life. Ongoing meetings are available for dedicated practitioners with a daily sitting practice.
