Please join the Insight Santa Cruz community for a weekly all-community gathering. The evening will include approximately 35-minutes of lightly guided meditation, a short Dharma talk, as well as discussion and connection time. This offering is appropriate for beginning and experienced meditation practitioners. All are warmly welcome.
